Today (December 17, 2019), the Village was advised that Haymarket filed a lawsuit against the Village of Itasca yesterday in DuPage County (Case Number 2019MR1373). Village spokesperson Lissa Druss responded to the news with the following statement: “The Village and its attorneys are reviewing the lawsuit. At this time, it is too early to comment on what is now pending litigation.”
