The next Haymarket meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12th at 7:00 p.m. Residents who are interested in the proceedings but do not wish to speak, are encouraged to watch the meeting live through the Village's YouTube channel here.
Those who wish to provide public comment, must register by 7:00 p.m. on October 12, 2021. Registration may be completed online until 12:00 p.m. on October 12th. After 12:00 p.m., registration will only be available onsite at Village Hall during normal business hours and 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Individuals who do not sign-up, may forfeit their opportunity to speak on this issue.
Reserved seating will be available for those who have signed up in advance. Individuals who pre-register should plan to attend the meeting on October 12th, however, depending on the number of people pre-registered, you may be scheduled to a different date. A confirmation email will be sent to you on the day of the meeting by 5:00 p.m. Additional limited seating in the Board Room will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
