  7. AARP Drivers Safety Course

    February 17, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Itasca Community Library

    Wednesday, February 17 & Thursday, February 18, 12:00-4:00 p.m. Adults 55 and older will get a review of driving skills and techniques in this two-day course. Get a certificate of completion when you finish all eight hours of the course, which can be submitted to your insurance company for a possible rate discount. There is a $20.00 fee due at the beginning of the class ($15.00 if you present your AARP card).

    Hosted by ALOHA Math of Bloomingdale, Mind Math is a program designed to help develop your whole brain specifically through math. It uses the abacus as a tool to train kids to calculate mentally without the use of calculators or paper/pen. Registration is required.
