Teen Fitness
Requirements for Teens at the Fitness Center
- Must be at least 11 years old to use the Fitness Center
- 11 - 13 year-olds are required to attend a teen weight training class prior to joining the Fitness Center
- 14 - 17 year-olds must have a parent with them when purchasing any of the Fitness Center passes (daily, yearly, open gym, six months and track only) to sign a waiver
- Waivers are kept on file, so the parent does not need to be present each time
Hours for Teens
Monday through Friday: 3-5pm
School Holidays: 1-5pm
Saturday: 11am-5pm
Sunday: 11-4pm
