The Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining all municipally owned properties, streets, sidewalks, trees, water and sewer systems, street lights, and other critical infrastructure through the joint efforts of each of its divisions. 

The Public Works Department is comprised of an Administrative Division, Utilities Division, Wastewater Division, and General Services division. Each division strives to provide the highest quality of services to the public to ensure that Itasca remains a safe, beautiful, and sustainable place to live.
