Due to the increase of COVID-19 spread, heightened mitigation measures for our region, were put into place by the State of Illinois this morning at 12:01 a.m.

Today, I met with Itasca restaurant owners and operators. Unfortunately, it is likely that some of our long-standing restaurants may never reopen, if the state persists in requiring them shut their doors again.
