The Itasca Country Club has withdrawn its petition for a Planned Development by Special Use, Class I Site Plan Approval, and a Preliminary & Final Plat of Subdivision for the development of a Data Center on a portion of the Itasca Country Club property.
A representative for the property owner indicated that it plans to submit a revised petition in the future, but did not provide a timeline for submittal.
