    Visit the Youth Department to read some of 2018’s best picture books and cast your vote in our 5th Annual Mock Caldecott Awards! The Caldecott Award is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children, to the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children. Voting ends Thursday, January 24, and the results of the Mock Caldecott will be posted on Monday, January 28.
