Term: 2023 to 2027
Brendan Daly values the sense of community and family that Itasca offers. When he decided to get involved in local government, it was with the goal of supporting a village that respects its past while welcoming new growth and opportunity. He joined the Plan Commission in 2018 and took on the role of chair in 2020, where he helped review development projects and land use decisions to make sure changes fit with Itasca’s character and vision.
In 2022, Brendan was appointed to fill an unexpired term on the Village Board, and in 2023, he was elected by the community to continue serving in that role. Outside of his official duties, he enjoys being part of community traditions like Oktoberfest, appreciating the music and the friendly atmosphere that brings people together. Brendan also finds meaning in his membership with the Knights of Columbus, which reflects his commitment to giving back.
At home, Brendan shares his life with his wife and daughters, embracing the family values that make Itasca a special place to live.
