The Village of Itasca offers the Sanitary Service Separation Program (SSSP) to assist homeowners who currently share a combined sanitary sewer connection with a neighboring property.

While shared sanitary service connections are rare in the Village, they can lead to maintenance challenges between property owners. This program provides financial assistance to help cover the cost of separating shared lines into individual, conventional sanitary service connections.

Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, as determined by the Village Board.
