The Village offers a 50-50 Sidewalk Cost Share Program to help residents maintain the sidewalks next to their homes or businesses.

Property owners who wish to replace sidewalk sections that do not meet the Village’s current replacement policy may apply for this program. If approved, the Village will cover 50% of the cost to remove and replace eligible sidewalk sections.

Final costs will vary based on current pricing from Village contracts or private contractors. Funding is limited and participation is first-come, first-served based on availability approved by the Village Board.
