If you're moving into, out of, or within Itasca, the Village will need a final water meter reading before transferring your service. It's the resident's responsibility (whether homeowner or renter) to notify the Village of Itasca at least one week before moving. Please ensure you have the following details ready:

• Seller's name, contact number, and forwarding address
• Closing or lease end date
• If available, new owner's details: name, contact number, or email

To schedule your final water meter reading, contact Utility Billing at (630) 228-5608 or submit contact form. Failure to notify the Village of Itasca could result in being responsible for the water bill post-move.
